As representatives of the world aquaculture industry prepare to descend on Trondheim, Europharma Scotland is to be represented at AquaNor 2017 by its Managing Director Nikos Steiropoulos.
Nikos will be joining Norwegian Europharma colleagues at stand D-362 from Tuesday 15th August until Thursday 17th August where he’ll be talking about the work of Europharma in Scotland and how the company can support customers to optimise fish production.
Speaking in advance of AquaNor 2017, Nikos said –
“AquaNor is always a fantastic opportunity to meet with colleagues and customers in an informal setting to not only do business, but to learn more about developments across our global industry.
“Traditionally Europharma has a strong presence at AquaNor given our roots in Norway and we have a strong story to tell, not only about our history in aquaculture but what also makes us stand out from our competitors as a valued supplier of pharmaceutical products and fish health programmes to the industry.
“Our presence at AquaNor will focus heavily on our SuperSmolt programmes – our patented biotechnology programme which induces optimal smoltification of Atlantic salmon without need for a winter photoperiod. The result is a high quality smolt that delivers numerous benefits in both the freshwater hatchery and on-growing at sea.
“We’re always keen to keep our customers informed about the latest advances so we have been organising several mini seminars, both in Norwegian and English, where customers can find out more about our new products and services.”
